The car has 44k on it, driven lightly, and in close to perfect condition. 330whp, 310wtq, runs great, never had ANY problems with it. Tranny has 8,000 miles on it, turbo setup, clutch, and recent tune has maybe 5,000miles on it. Trust me, everything is like brand new. The interior looks like its brand new, the paint is in awesome shape since it was recently painted, not even a year ago. Of course there are some minor things, but nothing major.

IMO, it's between good and excellent. The car has minor paint defents, but what car doesn't. That's the only thing I could say for it not being 100% perfect.

I can include the following parts at additional cost to build you the most jdm car on the streets. lol We can work that out if the buyer wants to purchase any of these parts in addition to the vehicle.

I'd like to get $23,000 obo as it sits, that's including basically 15-20k in after market parts already. If you would like anything addition listed above, we can also add that in, but the price will also go up accordingly. This car is setup and ready to go, a nice set of wheels and seats, and it's one of the sickest cars on the street. I will also include a professional full detail at time of purchase.
