i dont see anything wrong with this sale. he bought a decent car that is really cheap and tries to make a little money selling it. he was honest in his description of the sale.it is up to the buyer and seller to disclose detailed descriptions on the history of the car. this is how car dealers basically work. if i saw that on ebay, i would probably do the same thing as this guy did. 15 thousand for that evo is a really good price.

Yes, I also ran a carfax. Has a warning of salvage title and not actual mileage. I don't have a problem with somebody trying to make some money. But this one sounds fishy. Your best bet bro, is to try and sell it locally to somebody who doesn't know about carfaxes, and is a little slow in the head.
I also did a carfax guys and the last reports for milage was on 06/15/2008 CA 27,549 Motor Vehicle Dept. ODOMETER READING FROM DMV
please if one of you can email me the carfax where it says the 61k that would be great.

like i stated befor I am not someone to screw someone over, if anything i will through it back on ebay with the correct information, or keep it since the car uns and drives like new.
