Thinking about getting rid of my Evo. I purchased it off its original owner just a short time ago. Short story is he was pushing an HTA Green on E85 on the stock block = blown engine.
In the short time, I completely transformed the car into a monster.

The car was the original owners DD and he had a 30 minute commute each way, each day, and also had some parental obligations 90 minutes from our hometown. I still have all the original purchase documents including the window sticker. Essentially every nut and bolt has been replaced on the car, so the mileage is mostly negligible.
The body is an 8/10. Mainly because its got rock chips on the bumper/hood area from the mileage the car has seen. The interior is a 9/10 - Never smoked in, and well taken cared for. No rips on the recaros.
Generally speaking, the car is great. We are still ironing out some driveability portions of the tune since we did not get a ton of time to spend on the dyno considering there were 20 other cars there that weekend. There are NO other complaints about the car. No Leaks, no squeeks, and the AC blows the coldest out of any vehicle I've owned.
About myself - I'm an IT Engineer, however I specialize in high performance cars outside of work. I also own a 700+RWHP 300ZX with the first (that I've seen) RB26 swap. It was featured in the October issue of Modified Magazine, as well as Nissan Sport Magazine.

Car Went 11.6@128 missing 4th gear and w/a 2.060ft time........Def a mid 10 second car with a good launch!

I need to replace the turbo drain to oil pan gasket, as I had to remove the turbo to replace the turbo>manifold gasket. That small gasket got messed up and is dripping a bit.
As far as the driveability goes, its great. The car needs about 30-60 seconds to warm up in the morning because of the E85. If you try to go any earlier its a little hiccupy. Concerning road trips........I drove 7 1/2 hours to the dyno when I went...made 606/515, and then drove back the same day without one single issue, and the AC blasting the whole way.
The day I drove to the track, it was a 110 mile trip there, ran the car, and then 110 miles back, without one single issue. The car currently is averaging 23mpg on E85 with the ECU in closed loop mode for cruise/idle.
Up until I decided to swap out the clutch, I have been driving it every day to work, which is about 60 miles round trip.
