Thanks very much for all the kind words folks. I forgot to mention I'm a detailer, so you can imagine what condition the car has been kept in. Before I bought it, I detailed it for the previous owner

C'mon, you know it can't still have the Advans...those are toast within 10K

. The car is sitting on some BF Goodrich Sport tires in the stock 235/45R17 size; tread life is approximately 70%.

Nice car. Just sold mine which was the same with 25k miles, JDM bumper, and upgraded stereo for $25k (mine was never modded and mint and included 30k service). IMO, $30k is a stretch judging by the people I talked too when I sold mine. Looks like a nice car but the front bumper appears to be cut up, trunk has some stains, seats appear to be scuffed up in the back, and it had mods previously. Good luck though, if you manage to get that more power to you.
