Description:

This is a one owner mint condition EVO IX SE for sale. It has lived its entire life in southern California and there is zero rust on the vehicle. The car is spotless sans a few rock specs on the front bumper as can be expected. Both front headlights were just replaced and are brand new. Paint is flawless as is the interior. This car is a 10 out of 10 and you will be hard pressed to find another like it in this great of condition.

Car is tuned on c16 currently but at buyers request and after purchase, the car can be retuned for whatever fuel they desire.

She recently made about 700 whp on a mustang dyno at 37.9 psi on a conservative tune with solid AFR's all the way through. I have copies of dyno sheets as well upon request. This car can easily hit 800whp on a mustang dyno with more boost, no problem at all.

Tires are brand new with about 200 miles on them.

Please disregard the random red power wires in the engine bay picture. Those belong to the XS dual stg boost controller and they are being cleaned up at the moment and will no longer be visible once done.

The car has been gone through with a fine tooth comb in regards to clearanceing and instalations of various parts, so rest assured that you will not inherit a nightmare of improperly installed parts. Most components were custom made for this turbokit and you will not find another like it.

The turbokit is a piece of art that incorporates a custom thin wall stainless steel exhaust that is two pieces with a flex joint and all vbanded. The block is also vented from three locations to ensure proper operation.

The car no longer has the AC as well which can be seen in the pictures. The ACD has also been removed and therefore it is running a non ACD transfer case. This was done purely as a reliability decision as it is one less thing to break!

I have every single record in a neatly organized binder begininng from the day I drove it off the lot at El Cajon Mitsubishi in July of 2007 with 24 miles on the odometer. Buy with confidence that you are not investing into someone elses problems but instead a wonderful example of a high power Evo.

Any Issues:
None!
Recent KBB:

Given the KBB of ~$21000 and over $30,000 in parts and labor, I feel that an asking price of $27500 is more than acceptable and fair. Feel free to ask any qustions as I'm sure I have forgotten a few things! I will also sale for $30500 with the CCW's pictured and for $33000 I will include a BNIB set of Ohlin DFV coilovers!

Dyno Graph:

Here is the only decent dyno sheet at the moment. This was prior to further tuning, but you get the point. Also, disregard the "fb black" in the description on the sheet, that doesnt belong there obviously. This was done in 3rd gear as well. Didn't print out the other dyno sheets as the car was spinning the tires on the dyno at higher levels which provided useless dyno graphs.

Not sure on the exact manufacturer of the fan, perhaps spal. It was ordered specifically for the setup but I drove the car as it sits from san diego to orange county (100 miles) nonstop during the middle of the day @ 80F with no cooling issues at all.

Thanks for the compliment, everybody that sees it loves it.

Very nice looking car. I am surprised with all that work that you don't even have a wideband in the car!

I have a zeitronix lcd display that monitors boost and afr's...just can see it in the pics too well.

I will also post up one of the dyno graphs tomorrow. Right now I have low boost set at about 24psi and high at 37.9psi. At low boost it makes around 508whp and as mentioned above at 37.9 psi it does around 700 conservatively. Car is only driven on low boost though as the high boost is a bit much.

Added the basic engine details. Engine was built by Greg at Total Performance in San Diego. He has built a few race proven engines to say the least.

Also added the dyno sheet to the initial post. It is the best one that I have which only shows 620whp. I'm still looking for the 700 whp one, I might have left it down at the shop but its somewhere lol. Further, the higher HP dyno sheets are a bit frantic as the car was spinning the tires on the dyno and we stopped at that point until the engine got some more miles on it.
