FS (GA): 2003 EVO VIII: HKS 7640R, SBC RPF1's, and a ton more!

I have a 2003 EVO VIII in Savannah, GA with just over 92k miles with lots of extras for sale. Car is in perfect running shape and pulls very strong. I am asking 15k OBO, which I think is a fair starting point. You can not go wrong with this EVO.
Modications include:
-HKS 7460r Turbo- 8000 miles on it
-GSC S1 Cams- 3000 miles
-18 x 8.5" Enkei RPF1 in rare Super Brilliant Coating Finish- with Nitto 555 tires with over 50% remaining.- Perfect condition
-Tune by Doug at Topspeed (93 oct)... Car dynoed at 350whp on a mild tune (23 psi, this turbo is efficient to 28 psi which will push closer to 430 whp), All that is needed to run E85 is bigger injectors and you'll be close to 500 whp.
-AMS FMIC
-ETS Intercooler piping
-Deatschwerks 750cc injectors
-Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
-3-Port EBCS
-ARP Head studs
-Exedy OEM Replacement clutch (~20k miles on it)
-BC Racing coilovers- Perfect condition
-Greddy Turbo Timer
-Invidia exhaust manifold
-Invidia O2 housing
-Invidia downpipe
-Perrin midpipe
-Taipan XP catback
-CBRD Radiator
-Kenwood Excelon head unit with iPod connection
Car is very fun to drive (spool is instant), with minimal imperfections (There are only a few dings, less than what you would expect on an 03, i.e. spoiler is in perfect condition with no clear coat imperfections, car has been garaged).
Full disclosure:
-The transmission has a slight vibration in 5th gear under 65 mph. I am not a transmission expert so I do not know exactly what this means.
-One of the CV joints may need to be replaced soon, it intermittently clicks at low speeds.
-As the car currently sits, I need to replace the relay on the A/C compressor, as it is stuck in the "on" position. It's an easy fix, but once again... I am all about full disclosure. As it sits right now, I've just removed the fuse for the compressor.
-Car did not come with speaker grills for the rear speakers and I never purchased any to put on. Never bothered me..
-I do not own the car outright as of right now, therefore as soon as your payment goes through and I close out my loan, I will provide you with the title immediately.
That said, I would have no problem driving this car across country, and regularly drive it ~400 miles.
The car is in great shape, and if you are in the area and are serious you are more than welcome to test drive it. If you have any questions PM me!

Trunk liner that came with the car was pretty ratty so I removed it. Never got around to replacing it...
