Very nice, clean, stock example of a IX. Hopefully it can stay that way when the new owner picks it up. It's getting increasingly difficult to find them in this good of condition and I think the price reflects that.
If it runs as good as it looks in the pics its definitely worth 30k+. The last time I seen an unmolested Evo 9 with little miles I bought it. These don't hit the market. If they are sold, it's to friends/acquaintances. People are calling 90k miles 'low' now. This might be as close to buying new as it comes since the Cali dealer released some new IX MRs they had stashed for like 5 years.

KBB allows for 13k miles per year before deducting. An '06 Evo should have about 130k on it. By those standards, 90k actually is low.
This car is craaaazy low. I'd be happy to put another 100k on it and be grinning the whole time. A stock daily would be aaaaaawesome.
