I don't know what the he'll happened here, but I contacted him told him I was take it for the advertised priced and he tried asking me for more money, then eventually we settled on a price and I sent him the money within 60 seconds of him giving me his PayPal. I then got a PayPal refund saying he couldn't find the item and I sent him a bunch of messages asking what happened on here and never got a reply.

This guy is shady as hell!

i will almost guarantee it was probably sold for more than what you eventually paid for hence the refund. I was asked to pay 240 but I said no. At least you got your money back tho.
