If it wasn't in use, we would certainly take you up on your offer!
I can certainly help with getting it unattached from the car and a new shiny tubular manifold put into its place.

Non cracked exhaust manifolds are hard to come by for the X's. I have one at the shop here, I just have to check it out and make sure it's not cracked. I'll let you know.
