Last I spoke to MAP, they were out of all parts for the EF series turbos indefinitely. How recently were you quoted for the repair?

 

I thought that the EF3's were just on backorder. At least, I hope so. I just bought this turbo last night. Hope they can fix EF3's that are sent in for repair.

 

You may want to give them a call. I tried to have mine converted a few weeks ago and they were out of all parts and said they may have to discontinue the line. Went with a FP Red but this was my first choice. Good luck bro. Let me know what u find out.

 

Yeah, I was planning on calling them on Monday. Now I'm scared I can't get this fixed. FP is literally like 20 miles away from me. They installed a big turbo on my DSM several years ago. I wonder if they can convert this EF3 into a red if MAP isn't fixing these anymore?

 

They are definitely fixing these I have an rma with them right now on a ef 2.5 I'm sending in to be rebuilt.
