Hello all, I bought this new to have it on while another FMIC of mine was being painted. Has a dent on the top in the non-visible portion that sits behind the bumper support but all in all it's in great shape. Will let go for $250 shipped obo.

 

Can anyone tell me if a 4inch ic will hinder performance with my mods including injectors, pump and e85? I know I don't need a 4' but will it just be overkill or will it actually hinder performance because of being to big?

 

The general rule of thumb is that bigger is better when it comes to FMICs. I think there's a misconception that larger FMICs lead to slower spool but I noticed that spool was significantly faster with the 4" FMIC on even my TD04 Ralliart.

 

well what I've seen through searching is that it kinda blocks the radiator from getting air, but I haven't seen anything to compelling for good or bad. Either way i sent you a pm.
