yes it comes with all base maps.
It does the same as the v3 in term of tuning.
I think the difference is live logging have less option. And front cover is not as beautiful.
Never really tryed logging. I only used stage1 and stage2 map. Carried it in case I couldnt find 94 octane gaz.
