I guess I don't understand what you are selling.. Is this a kit to upgrade non HID EVO's or just replacement parts for existing cars with HID's.

dumb question but I have an evo 8 and my hid keeps shutting off when i'm driving. its my drivers light. if i turn the lights off then back on it comes on again. I put aftermarket 8000k bulbs in it but still am using the factory ballast. Do you figure my ballast or bulb is going bad?
