Its not painted. It's just like it is shown in the pics. The pic of the blue Evo with the bumper on it is exactly how it comes...that is actually a friend of mines Evo. He bought one also. To see how good it fit we took his stock bumper off real quick and put it on. It fit surprisingly nice. They used a factory bumper for the mold..so fitment is factory like.

The lip is integrated and the grills are included.

I live in Dayton (not there at the moment, but...) i may be able to have someone pick it up for me...

It looks like shipping for everyone is right around 140-150 via Fedex. If anybody has ideas on a way to ship cheaper let me know and I'll check into it.

The link shows actual pics of how it looks. If I took pics it wouldnt help any because it is still in plastic and bubble wrap. I dont want to unpackage it just to show pics of the same thing thats in the link pics.
