Yes it is still available, and I'm not sure if it is 30 or 40g. With the picture of the model sticker, maybe a parts specialist could tell you.
As for the gps antenna, people in the US have told me the same thing you have. But my Canadian non-sss version did not have the gps antenna, I had to order it and install it in order to receive the gps signal.

dongchad, yes it is simple and straighforward to install. I can supply detailed instructions to buyer.
awd Boost, I don't recommend installing it in anything other than an X or last gen Lancer or Outlander. Sorry.

scoche and metra makes dash kits but they dont come with the GPS that whoever buys this needs to be able to use the NAV, unless they can find somewhere that sells just that GPS unit. fyi the mitsu install kit (comes with the GPS) cost $470 so you have to add that to the cost of this nav unit. so to whoever buys this you are looking at almost $1500 to have this installed.
beetle orange, your post is partly false but thanks for the open discussion.
As mentionned in my original post, buyer will need a GPS antenna which can be purchased seperately from Mitsubishi for around $100 (I paid $115 canadian from my dealer). The Metra and Scosche kits are currently available on EBay for around USD$40.00
Therefore the whole setup (if your car doesn't have the gps antenna) will run you:
$990 (nav unit)
$100 (gps antenna)
$40 (dash kit, not oem)

^thats correct. so those are the options for prospective buyers. just check how fitment is. from my understanding those scotche or metra were designed for 2 din radios and not for the OEM NAV. if buyers are looking to buy just the OEM faceplate then you would be looking to pay aroung $350 i believe.
XRims, my apologies if you feel that i was putting your for sale thread down. it is not my intention. my intentions are for you to avoid having a disgruntled buyer after purchasing this and things not working as you have mentioned them to be.
