JVC Head Unit
I pulled this head unit working from my Evo (2003 VIII with the 6 speaker system) after I wanted another head unit with more features. There is nothing wrong with this item. It is a JVC KD-PDR40. It has the iPod cable and full wiring harness included along with the faceplate trim piece. However, the wiring harness is very messy and will need to be resoldered or replaced entirely. You could take the time to repair and it will work without issue. I still briefly priced the JVC-side harness and it is $10 and the aftermarket to Mitsubishi harness is around $20. I took all this into consideration when pricing the head unit.
