I have a set of Rally Armor flaps I'm no longer using. Black with red letters. I had them on my car for roughly 3,000 miles, and they're in excellent condition. They will come as seen, with the original installation instructions. On those instructions is a list of hardware required to install. I will also be sending the unused original hardware (they send them out with extra) for reference. The original hardware I used on my car won't be included, because you would be doing yourself a disservice reusing that cheap hardware on your car. I recommend simply taking the installation instruction sheet to your local hardware store and buying quality hardware to install them. Any questions, feel free to ask.
