Yes simple plug and play. You'll have to make sure that 9006 is the size bulbs you need for the MR. I have a 2006 IX GSR so I know my size is 9006 for the lows. You just plug the ballast inline with where the harness plugs into the original bulb and you're good to go.

It comes with the ballasts and bulbs. 10k refers to the color temperature of the bulbs.

Since this is a 55W kit instead of 35W (the normal ballast W for Low beams...55W is for high) the color is washed out a bit so it's not as blue as normal 10k bulbs are. It's closer to 6-8k in true temperature.

Do the harnesses come with any or all of the necessary mounting hardware? I know I'll need to find a harness bar (damn you for selling it already!) but I am SUPER interested. $45 shipped for both?

I think you can use your current bolts in the EVO except for the ones that need to go in the upper area where the belts mount. Almost near the oh **** handles. You'll need to provide longer bolts for that area but the others should be fine.

Correct, $45 shipped for both. I just want them out of my apartment!
