It looks like it has been hit and cracked. Look at the right side of the hood also, looks like the cf is cracked.

The hood isn't CF, its FG. The bumper had a crack on it that I had fiberglass put on. The resin dried quicker than i expected and that's why it looks like that. I didn't bother sanding it down and smoothing it out because I installed it onto my car so that I can see how it looks. Then after 5 days of it on my car, I have enough for a downpayment on an Evo, so I wanted to trade my Lancer in with the stock bumper and hood. So I have this laying around and I figured that if someone else wanted to finish sanding down the bumper and completely painting it, someone could enjoy this. The bumper only has one thin coat of pearl white paint on it, hence the visible color of the grey primer. The hood is also unfinished and will need to be painted completely.

So there ya go... give ya'll answers.

well u got to post how much u think its worth no1 wants to throw huge low ball like say 10 bucks lol n jus not help u out. theres the game hi-low where u say a parice sum1 throws it lower then u compromise. how much for eyelids 7shipped? n what else u have for sale cept for front end n rims?
