No, they're $2795 + shipping so you can guess about $2845 total. Mine is $2400 shipped + their $95 polished heat shield included. And my kit has about 4,000mi on it NOT 40k (updated). Thank You

how much for the upper IC pipe? the one that isn't damaged with the nipple for the stock BOV?

Umm, they're both damaged...but the upper pipe isn't too bad. A long coupler will cover it up or u could get it rounded back out at a shop
