Hey,
that supposed to be NEW shifter panel you sold me wasnt the same in the pic... and it WASNT NEW.
It was repainted and you can see all the paint pits... the bezel mounts were broken and a you can see paint lines
Im not going to leave you a negative...BUT Next time be honest dont state
Items are new when they arent.

:Did you find the mounts broken off in the box perhaps? I was hesitant to ship it with the other heavy stuff in the same box, but it was the only way to make your offer work with shipping costs and such.
With all that said, I will gladly work something out with you though - perhaps a partial refund if you send that piece back to me? I intend to confront the vendor I purchased this from if what you're claiming is true. Shoot me a PM with any ideas that you have.
I'm an honest seller man and will do what I can to make sure you're satisfied - no need to publicly post otherwise. You could have just contacted me through the various means of contact that you have for me. I plan to stay in this community for many years to come with my recent upgrade to a X, and value my reputation on this site.

BUT my choices were leave negative feedback OR post the discrepencies on the thread... reason being there is NO WAY that anyone can/could have passed that off/sold that as being new...NO WAY!!!
You had to know that!
If you were tricked and actually believed that it was new, because youre a newbie... then I have a little sympathy...but no way...bad paint job straight out the bag
The real issue is not even the broken tabs, yeah that could have been a result in shipping...But Im upset that the even my son noticed that the panel was spray painted over and not new... and youre the Evo enthusiast and he's a 10 year old.

but its just the point...when in doubt and if any doubt youcan describe it as "looks new"

And you had more than 2 choices. You could have come to me in the many private ways you have to contact me. It was an honest mistake, even if what you claim is true, and give me a chance to make it right. You're not dealing with a person that would ignore you and disappear. I am willing to offer a refund... I don't know anything else better than I could do.
Sorry you feel taken advantage of. It comes down to this. The picture of the item was definately the item you got... and I honestly had no reason to think it wasn't new. Since the piece will work for what you are using it for, you're not wanting a refund and I don't know what I can do to make it right.
