comes with an extra set of springs (12k)
set up with 10k all around right now. also comes with thrust washers to eliminate any spring bind so no spring noise at all.

how would they work with softer springs are they valved very aggressively?

^^^ they have a pretty good range and talking with bruce at psi up here at infineon, he felt like they can handle at least a full 2kg +/- stock settings without any problem at all.
that being said i was running the 550's(10kg) on the fronts and that is 2 below stock and i still had plenty of adjustment so obviously you could even go farther than that before needing to revalve.
