Question. The Gerrard set up was only available through Vishnu, however you purchased these from Works.

Is Joe Henry the guy who was working at Colorado State? Just wondering what makes these "Gerrard-Spec."

THanks.

Yes, Joe Henry was working at Colorado State and doing the revalves then. That's why they're Gerrard spec. I paid Vishnu $400 for the service but shipped them directly to Joe.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. That's what I thought you did, but I didn't want to assume anything. Were there choices for springs? I remember there being a "soft" street setting.. I don't know if there was only one spec, or if there were different spring options.

Thanks.

These dampers have the standard valving which was designed for 450/550 rates. Joe told me it would handle rates as low as 400/500. I'm not sure how high it will handle but I had 500/600 and never went stiffer than 7/6 (front/rear) clicks out from full stiff.
