western union, or write a contract and express mail it to have both parties sign it...not too difficult to do and it will hold up in court.

that wouldnt hold up oin court... whats to say somone didnt just forge the signature.. in order for it to hold up in court it would need to be notorized in order to be an official document..and you both need to be there to notorize your signatures.. any decent lawyer could have an unofficial document thrown out of court for lack of authentication..
