and buy a 96 - 03 galant or eclipse hvac control and place it in the lower cubby and wire the hvac to evo harness.

bit work involved but, it will work and will also look oem.

total cost around $ 210

I dont think u can find dd kit for sale brand new.. used but too much money. the only thing dd u will get is premade HVAC location kit. u pay the price .

 

yea good luck with finding a kit.. completely impossible these days.. all companies went out of business that make them.
I have the 2003 galant HVAC if you decide to do what others said to do

 

I just need the lower piece.
I dont want a handmade one unless its a last minute thing.
And ill just use the OEM and do it.. and not a galant thing. I have one of those in my parts trailer at my dads shop if I ever wanted to, but it kills the AC and may cause faulty lights and stuff to appear etc..plus rewiring it.. not my cup of tea.

Ill search for the lower piece.. and if i cant find it, ill have someone on here thats skilled make the lower piece for me.
