There is no way you could ship that pipe for $15...so why would someone take $15 shipped for one? That price of $65 shipped and already tapped is pretty good IMO. But that's just me. You'll probably have to find one local or at a junk yard to get remotely close to that price.

For the record that pipe would fit in a $4 flat rate shipping box from USPS.

 

$4 flat rate box isn't big enough, you would have to go with at least there medium box and it be a tight fit, It's $11 with tax I'll do 35 shipped

Yeah...they don't even have a $4 flat rate box. They have a $5 flat rate box that they call a DVD box and it will hold 2-3 dvds in their case. I don't even think that pipe would fit in their $11 box. I think it would take the larger flat rate box that's $15 flat rate.
