Nah dude it's useless cops use lasers and all it does is go off once he gets you. How ever if you get the one with a built in gps and start flagging places that cops hide it will go off before you get there. Beside technology has changed since the V1 has been released and failing to update it is throwing money away might as well put it towards actual parts.

 

ive never had any issues with my old 8500 non x50. the reason im in the market again is cause i just want something newer. i have a clean record and have only been pulled over before for not having a front license plate.
