I'll bet if you did as much as taking some windex and a paper towel to clean them you would be able to sell much quicker. Not many people want to buy something that is layered in dust like that. Just my .02

 

i know lol i told tsi i have no clue what the offset is SORRY i kno i kno but i bought the car with these rims on it and it was lowered on hotchkis springs and didnt have any rubbing and didnt have fenders rolled
