Im gonna be selling my MR wheels close to the beginning of November. Car currently has 800 miles and I would prefer to keep the stock tires.

Yeah But I am looking local. I want to see the wheels before they are sold. I have been burned before on wheels.

 

What did you do with your stock BBS 17 x 8 wheels?

I traded in my X MR on a Ralliart, but kept the stock BBS 18 x 8.5 wheels and stock tires. I am looking for a set of IX MR BBS wheels and tires in trade plus some cash...

My wife was doing contract work, and the contract was up.... so no double income any more. I went from 3 car payments in the $550 to $600 range down to one car payment for $505 a month.

Do your stock IX BBS rims have good tires in the stock size? I have a "for trade your 17 x 8 BBS and some cash for my 18 x 8.5 BBS" thread up in the EVO VIII and IX private for sale area.

From what I have seen prices for the 17 x 8 BBS wheels going for $800 to $1200 depending on if they are bare rims, or have brand new Advans on them, and the 18 x 8.5 BBS are going for between 1600 and 2000 depending on the same factors... is that the impression others get as well? Someone offered me a strait trade (same mileage as mine, about 10,000 miles on stock rubber) and I need to point out to him the error of his ways... but I need to know how much cash I should be asking for in addition to his stock 17 x 8 BBS's.
