I must tell you that the 2 holes in the O2 housing, where the DP bolts to it, are striped out. Cast iron flanges tend to strip easily. I used 2 strong bolts with lock nuts instead. Works perfectly.

Turbo is still on the car but the car is in the garage for upgrades. Here's a pic of the manifold and you can see some of the turbine housing and O2 housing. It's real clean. I'll get some closer pics.

O2 housing, DP and exhaust manifold are SOLD ! !
Turbo and turbine housing is still available.
Let me also add that I replaced the stock actuator with one from Forge Motorsport. It's adjustable, serviceable and guaranteed for life. Not to mention it looks good too. The actuator alone was $160.00.
