I have a brand new Megan Racing Downpipe and O2 housing for sale. They've never been used. They've only come out of the box for me to look at them. I was going to install them on my car, but I think I am selling my car too (which is also listed here.) They're 3 in, stainless steel. They come with bolts and gaskets.
