I totalled my car yesterday and I got this in the mail today so it has never been opened or used. I got it on ebay for 212 so I will ask for 175obo.

Nope, the bypass valve must be purchased seperatly with any AEM purchase. I like you can get them for AEM for about $20

Please take note that this is the 2002 - 2003 Lancer intake and will not fit the 2004. They have two different part numbers on www.aempower.com
