Thumbs up Will someone please take this off of my hands?

Purchased, installed, and tuned by Vishnu last July

ATP 3037 kit

1/2 of another kit

more info here:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=149360

I haven't been getting much traction in the private fs forum. I'll consider any reasonable offer.

I'm selling it because I just installed the stage 2. The ATP kit was very reliable once dialed in.

The answer is really how much of the kit you want because I have intercooler pipes and some Samco hoses, an additional 1/2 kit and an engine dampner.

Maps for 91 and 97 are free and Chris and Alfred swapped out my 264 cams so those were available as of last week, but they're tt's now, not mine.

If you want just the kit with no IC pipes and hoses I can do that for $1600, with IC pipes/hoses $1750.

If you move fast I'll throw in the engine dampner for free.

the 1/2 kit $675.

All plus shipping.

I spoke with Chris at Tuning Technologies earlier today. He still has the 264/264 combo available.

I spoke with a guy this morning who was interested in the kit but short on funds. He says he thinks most people don't realize how stealth and powerful this kit is.

It bolts up to the stock exhaust manifold and uses the stock intercooler. When you look in the engine bay you can't even tell it's there.

He also said to emphasize the dyno jet numbers because most people are looking for the higher numbers even though the benchmark is the same with a dyno dynamics

so Dyno Jet with 91 octane
about 350 whp

with 100 octane
about 400 whp

with 109 octane
about 430 whp

And these #'s might be conservative...

make that on the stocker....with no lag.

not bashing it at all, but you traded for the vishnu stage 2 for a reason....i mean, its the same turbo, right?

You make 350 on a stock turbo with 91 octane and 400 on 100 octane?

Geez, I guess I should have been listening to you instead of Vishnu!

I traded because I wanted an earlier spool and more power at the redline. Peak power is similiar.

people make over 350whp on the stocker quite often on 93...so, 91 octane being slightly crappier would net slightly lower results.

You just guessed numbers anyway....so no need to get testy. I would bet you money that the guys at vishnu like the stock turbo better than the ATP 3037...so, yah, i dunno what that comment was supposed to mean.

Apples to apples a 91 stage one plus iirc makes about 275 on the Vishnu Dyno Dynamics. The ATP made 305.

Put it on race gas and there is no contest. On 100 or 109 octane a stock turbo, tme, white rabbit etc.. won't get close to the same results as this turbo. on 109 David told me they dyno'd this turbo at 390 whp. I've never seen a stock turbo on race gas on a DD hit more than around 335 max on a DD without injection.

Think about it -190 more DD whp than stock for $1600. It's not stock spool but it can throw down.

I was guessing at the dyno jet numbers, but not Dyno Dynamics.

Dyno Jets read higher; people PM'ing keep mentioning Dyno Jet numbers so I guessed at those for reference.

FWIW, my Vishnu stage 2 3037 puts down 373/91, 420/98, 456/109 whp on a Dyno Jet in 100 degree weather. It doesn't pull any harder, just a little earlier and a little more up top than the ATP.

I was being conservative with the ATP numbers above, and it's not that far from the Vishnu. I couldn't post ATP Dyno Jet numbers because I only dyno'd the ATP on a DD.

Vishnu reccomended and sold both kits to me. For big power they don't prefer the stock turbo.

To sum up; Both kits use a Garrett 3037s turbo. ATP has their own hotside and the power band isn't as broad as the Vishnu. They both make big power.

The ATP kit was dyno'd on a Dyno Dynamics which reads lower than a Dyno Jet. The Vishnu Stage 2 was Dyno'd on a Dyno Jet, hence the difference in whp numbers.

Apples and oranges. Both make juice

Did you post your DD dyno sheets somewhere? I would be interested in seeing them!
