I believe so. It comes with the blue "box" as well as a mounting bracket.

hmm i was always wondering if they made a difference but i couldnt buy one any ways as im going with a aftermarket intake manifold and they dont have the grounding point on them anyways......but best of luck with the sale ill ask around if anyone wants one
