RNR 50 trim turbo kit! PTE 780s!
RNR 50 trim turbo kit! PTE 780s!
Up for sale is a 50 trim kit for $1400.
PTE 50 trim turbo was rebuilt under warranty from RNR and is essentially brand new.
It also comes with the 02 housing, hotside, RNR manifold with performance coating option, return line and hose, custom intake pipe with coupler and 50 trim turbo coupler for LICP.
RNR manifold was dipped in solution and is clean. It was also deflanged and you will need to get your own external wastegate and flange. The kit came with a 38mm Tial, but you can use whatever you want. There are a couple of studs/bolts that you may need to get, but most everything you need is already there.
(4) PTE 780 injectors also available for: SOLD!
These turbos can put down over 400whp, relatively quick spool and love pump gas (why I bought it). I did not want a race gas turbo!
I am selling it to help towards buying a lot in my home town.

I take PAYPAL (add 3%) or money order.

how long was this used for? Did you dyno this at all or run it at the track?
So what it needs is a new wastegate, some nuts/bolts, air filter for the intake, im guessing you can get all of this at RNR.

I bought this and the manifold, but I never got to use it myself. :-( Now I am having a baby (next week!) and I got this burr up my butt that I need to take care of some other stuff (like prepaid college and buying land) before modding my car further.
More of what you might want to know about this 50 trim...
You hook the intake tube to your MAF unless you are going with some kind of EMS. This intake tube is not required for installation, it is being included incase you need it.
Wastegate can be purchased anywhere on the internet or locally. I would recommend a 44mm Tial V-band, but the 38mm ($150ish used) will do just fine too. Then you have to take it to a shop that can weld you a flange for the external wastegate. If you want, you can probebly have a shop create a dump tube for the wastegate to. I wouldn't bother buying one from RNR (they charge like $150 and you can get it done for like $50).
You should be able to reuse factory studs for the manifold, but you might need to go spend $5-20 for some misc bolts/gasket if what you have doesn't fit.
Most everything you need is already there! And if you install it and don't like it you can always get your money back out of it!
