Please tell me that neodymium magnet is a joke of some sort? Or is it some sort of functional exotic part? Bump for a sweet piece of kit.

I thought Shep didn't do the 6 speeds? Probably just nonsensical hearsay.

Neodymium-Fe-Boron magnets are probably the strongest rare earth magnets on the planet. If you want a magnet strong enough to grab steel particles in a turbulent environment, that's the type to use. It's an intelligent choice.

PM price, and do these fit the 05 mr's... Also why are you selling this? You get a deal through him to make a slight profit?

Yes, it's like a 'referee' that takes stray steel particles permanently out of play so they cannot cause wear and tear to the gears, bearings, etc.

Neither ShepRacing or TeamRipEngineering have wholesale programs. There is no profit in the builds, sorry.

I have 3 transmissions, 2 6sp and a 5sp. Too many to use myself. Why hog them all.

Yes, in fact I guarantee the buyer will be a 5sp owner.

Only other part needed is the shifter assembly and cables which are an easy swap.

Remember I have the 5sp in my MR now so I have already completed the reverse swap.

For a 100% clean swap the top plastic piece of the center console should be swapped. It is a cheap plastic part and actually I have access to one as we speak.

Just one 6sp at this point. Eventually I may want to put in the original 6sp again and the 5sp would be for sale.

Not at this moment though. Thanks.

I do however have a 2005 and 2006 ACD transfercase available and 2 or 3 2003-2004 non-ACD units as well in anyone is interested.
