Where is the ACD ECU located? If it is not located on the pump - then no it doesn't. I was offering this up for sale more for someone that might of had an accident that would have damaged their ACD unit.

The ACD ecu is located under the glove box to the right against where the side fender is.

 

will it fit into the 05 GSR model being it from an MR?

 

According to CAPS the 05 MR and GSR unit is the same.

I thought that the ACD ECU was also in the cabin.

Regardless, my guess is that you would need this pump, an ACD ECU, an '05-ON gauge cluster, and of course an '05-ON ACD transfer case to make the swap. Am I missing anything?

Reason I ask is because I was interested in rebuilding/upgrading my TC in the future and figured that I could add ACD for an extra $1000-1250 in addition to the TC/LSD service.

 

To be honest, I am no expert on the ACD system. I was just hoping to sell this to someone that was fixing up an 05+ Evo in a front-end accident that their ACD unit was trashed. Also, please remember, this unit is missing the solenoid from it - so you would either need a good one off of yours - or find one.
