questions about this tranny. is it new or rebuilt? also what exactly has been done to it. i read ur description and couldnt find it on there site. i see different stage upgrades 1-3 and there rebuild service.

Does the transmission already include a transfer case? Or do I still use the one that comes with my '03?

The TRE transmission does not include the transfer case.

This transmission was sold many months ago. I'd suggest you call Jon at TRE for options on modifying MR 6 speeds for maximum reliability.

SEMA was last week, and most performance shops attended. Jon was probably not in the shop. Give him repeated calls and you should find him.
