Just wanted to inform the board of the lack of integrity this member and his "friend" have. I made an offer to him and he and his "friend" accepted it and then a day later they give me some BS story about a local buyer paying a $100.00 more than the deal we all agreed to. Imagine that. Thanks for nothing.
