selling my stock turbo from my 06 evo ix. turbo was pulled out with 9k miles on it. i recently got a 35r setup so i no longer need this. also have the stock fmic. will have pics up later on tonight. post or pm if you are intrested.

also something i really didnt notice till today 2 of the outer compressor blades have slight damage. dont know how it happened since i have always used an airfilter. either way turbo still works great. shaft play is very slight side to side and none in and out.

did that turbo get noisier before it came out ?

 

no i didnt notice any change in noise. the only noise change in the turbo was when i changed my air box to a injen kit. it whislted a bit more.

i brought the turbo down to a local speed shop ( who deals with turbos and superchargers) and had it cleaned up. he said the wheel is in fine condition. i asked what it could have been from he said a few grains of sand could cause it. anyway here is a new pic.
