I have an Evo9 turbo, with the invida O2 housing, and yes, the O2 cable stretches, but works fine! Good luck with sale!

 

You can relocate the O2 sensor wire to the opposite side of the harness above the injectors and it will no longer be streteched. This is the easy way to go. If you want to do it right weld a bung where the little nipple is on the INvidia housing and plug the other and then you will have perfect O2 sensor placement.
