Yes this came out of an Evo all you need is a manifold and a wastegate.

 

I would check the specs of the turbo your selling. The 5031RE under the link you posted is for a mitsu flanged turbo. The turbo in your pic is T3 flanged. Also, your turbo has a hole on the turbine housing for an internal wastegate, but has no wastegate actuator, so it appears it was converted at some point in its life.
