What a boost controller is supposed to do..?
it helps with the coolant level...

 

EBC - Electronic Boost Contol. It is used to control boost electronically from the car cabin by the use of a solenoid. The three parts are (From left to right): The solenoid, the control unit and the harness to connect both.
