ARC intercooler raccoon modded :)
ARC intercooler raccoon modded :)
I've got an ARC intercooler for sale. New, they sell for $1500- $1600, I guess. This one is the intercooler only. This intercooler is 26" long (not counting end tanks), just under 12" tall, and fills up the entire grille area of an Evo.
It was on an Evo that interacted with a raccoon. The intercooler is sound, and holds 30 PSI (highest that my setup boosted). It does, however, have some cosmetic damage. It's not really very visible when installed on the car. The tubes have some flattening where the raccoon met his maker. The bottom set of fins is compressed somewhat. You will see that the bottom of the intercooler is not a tube, like some other intercoolers, so it does not affect the air flow function inside the intercooler, but I did want to point it out. The pics show that the intercooler is bent a little if you look at it from the top. Again, functions normally, and you can't see the top when installed anyway, but didn't want any surprises to the buyer.
So, a baller intercooler at a big discount, that still works fine. I'm selling it for $500 plus actual shipping, which will probably be $35-50, depending on where you live.
Here are some pics of the intercooler:
