I did not buy it off the website..I called an ordered it from you directly and did not read the terms and conditions.

I literaly just got it popped the hood saw it will not fit...

It's a really nice piece..it just won't clear my manifold.
people are responding to your post, because your words were expressed with anger in them, and calling a vendor "******" could be considered as a bashing; thats no brainer. If you "took a gamble" on purchasing a part even though you knew it would not fit your manifold, how would that be a shop's fault? And 20% restocking fee is set up by their company policy, not like they made that up just to f'k you over. Your ignorant and idiotic comments could hurt some business. Obviously you havent lived long enough to understand that.

Reading owns you. It's not there fault it does not fit. I said that idiot. I am pissed cause I did not read their policy on returns. As stated I called Tom up and ordered it. It did not cross my mind to ask about their policy.

Nope I am only 31 still got a long ways to go to learn that one.

Why even post bro??...get a life.

The piece is very nice.

I run a million dollar a year ebay store at a multi-million dollar a year computer company. We make acceptions all the time whether or not we charge restocking fees.

Nothing is written in stone.

He said he can't waive it...whatever. You lose a customer for $20..hey that's a business choice.

Well you must be a very very generous person if you don't charge restocking fees at your million dollar a year ebay store at a multi........ Restocking fees is nothing new whatever the % or amount is, you just deal with it. Its a shame everyone else doesn't charge restocking fees like you. If you been doing business long enough, you should understand things like this by now. And its funny how you run a million dollar a year store and a 20% fee bothers you.

Was not trying to low ball... but usually used parts are worth about 50% in my book, and thought i was being generous by offering $75.00

let me know in a few days after you get tired of bumping

I said they are trying to bang me for a %20 restocking fee...lol which they are.

How am I bashing them?

%20 is a bit much..standard is %10, maybe %15...

It's all good someone will buy it...
Well i dont know what companys u have dealt with.. but everyone from GSC motorsports to ETS does infact have a 20% restocking fee.. its just business! you could have easily measure beforehand and then asked the specs on the pipe.. this thread is getting all out of whack..
