None of buschur's race fmic's come with a licp.. only their deluxe cores come with licps..

the link that you posted is their 4.5" new version capable of 1300hp. This is their 4" Race FMIC.

I posted that I paid 850 shipped for this intercooler.. 799+shipping.. but I am open to offers on this brand new intercooler.
