I was the buyer of this item and am not happy! It was sold to me with a broken stud and cost me $65 to have it removed, and now the hole still needs to be re tapped! The seller claims he was selling it for a friend and did not know about it, I have tried to resolve this but had no luck. Guess I got screwed

Why not say something when you first got it! I am done going back and forth with you and will let chaotichoax handle it!
Yeah I am done dealing with it as well, your a shady seller and I will leave it at that. What would be my reasoning of posting and making an issue of this if it was not broken?? You stated your self that you were selling it for a "friend" and did not look at it before you shipped it. I am out $65 oh well I guess you live and learn its really not that big of a deal. Hopefully someone will screw you over on parts you buy some day. What comes around goes around.
