Not to sure about EVOIX but I will tell you they are kinda agressive..lol. More along the lines of tomei 280's and Buschur 272's

I do not think so, I had upgraded mine but did not ask it I needed to. Its kinda like something you just might do while its being done. But you can call Froced Performance and ask.....

I talked to Buschur about these cams, and they said you DO need a spring/retainer upgrade. Dave said they are good for around 40 whp over the HKS 280's and produce about 15 whp less than the BF272's.
