What are the specs of these cams? Do they require new springs/retainers?

I bought the Tomei cams because the low end and mid range. Search "ams cam shootout" on socal evo for dyno results. There is a bit more info there.
If you check around a bit, you will see a decent hp/tq gain at peak RPM, but a HUGE jump down low and in the middle, all without needing springs/retainers.
I road race and auto-x my car from time to time and am half tempted to put these in if not for the fact that I just installed cams into my car and do not feel like doing it again. So, until I change my mind and get off my ***, I'll keep them for sale. LOL
