Mmm not sure. But over time the diaphragm inside may deteriorate or rip, so lower time/mileage would mean a better condition? But I'm not sure.
If anyone cares, here is a copy of my receipt as proof of how long I had this.
Paid 147.97 shipped. So if anyone needs one and wants to save some money in the process, here is your chance.

Not sure about the lowest. But when I ran it at the recommended pre-load (3 full turns from zero pre-load) I was boosting 20 psi and holding 18 psi at redline. This is with out using a boost controller, pressure source straight from the turbo J pipe to the wga.
Now that was the maximum I could get out of it with there being plenty of threads on the WGA arm. So that is why I decided to shave off like ~2 threads so I can have the ability to utilize all the threads with maximum preload. Fully pre-loaded it was sending my boost well over to 30 psi. My target was 24 psi because that was what I am tuned on. So I backed out a couple threads until around 2-3 showing and I was able to boost 24 psi solid in 3rd & 4th gears.
This was all done without a boost controller. Even now with my FP 18 psi wga at the correct preload it boosts 15 psi only. I shaved this one to in order to boost 18 psi but since I'm running a hallman mbc I set the preload a little lower.

It was on my stock turbo/manifold nothing ported and with o2 housing TBE with hfc.
